This kit is also from Proto Slot Kits, although it was sold by Bitume (BSR). THis time Proto makes the 1969 Porsche 917, after he had already made the 1970 version. THe kit inculed everything you need to build one of the Le Mans versions but I decided to build the Gulf version from London presentation.
The conversion:
The kit inculudes nearly everything, you just need another FLY Porsche 917 to complete it. Quality is amazing.
Here you can see the only body modification. The presentation car hadn't had the front airintakes so I had to fill them.
The Guly livery wasn't that dificult. I mixed the blue and orange by myself and painted the body.
The decals are also mostly selfmade, except some white ones.
Some last details. The body got its clearcoat and the rims got some color.
