I used a 908/3 C69 from the Nürburgring race this time. I was very lucky to get a '70 908/3 in eBay because no dealer in Germany had these cars in stock anymore.
The conversion:
The carved body with the interior and the engine copy.
The driver was painted like Vic Elford in 1970. After some time I decided to change the driver into Kurt Ahrens. You can see the reason below.
Here's the painted body. I used normal Tamiya white for this conversion.
The body was assempled afterwards. It's not difficult because the whole car stand only on a few parts.
